The sheep is called Woolhelmina and is known as Woolly, for short. She featured on the cover of the original Woolly Thoughts book. We often hide behind the name of Woolhelmina though we are really

We are a husband-and-wife team of mathematicians and designers. We have recently retired from teaching Maths in UK High Schools.

Steve is also trained in Art. Pat is a self-taught fibre artist.
