PAPER AND ELECTRONIC BOOKS AND PATTERNS

Due to the huge rises in UK postage in April 2012, and the lack of demand for printed patterns, we no longer offer printed versions of our patterns. All patterns will be sent as PDF files.

 

The order form has three different shopping carts. Each cart has to be paid for separately.

Some books can be bought from Lulu.com, others are only available from booksellers such as local shops or Amazon.

 

 

PAYMENTS

Payment for all carts is via PayPal. Payment for each cart needs to be made separately. The email address in the payment may show as sales@woollythoughts.com or ravelry@woollythoughts.com.

 

If you do not want to make an on-line payment at all, we may be able to accept a cheque in your own currency.

Send a list of the items you would like to buy to sales@woollythoughts.com  We will let you know the total cost and where you should send a cheque. Any items can be purchased this way.

 

We do not accept credit cards.

 

 

PAYING BY PAYPAL

If you are unfamiliar with PayPal you might want to know how it works

 

The PayPal website says:

Founded in 1998, PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.

 

When you are ready to pay, you will be given the option of logging in to PayPal to make an easy payment from your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, or your account has insufficient funds, you should have the option of making an on-line payment using a credit/debit card.

 

If you want to open an account the PayPal site will lead you through the process.
