Next came Granny’s Ludo. It is a series of crochet granny squares in the colours of a traditional Ludo board. It has a white yarn with speckles of the same four colours, as the contrast between the main blocks. The playing pieces for Granny’s Ludo were double thickness circles which originally fixed into their home spaces with Velcro dots. It was a good idea but the Velcro fell off in the washing machine and somehow never got replaced.
