The picture on the left shows our collection of old British solid metal gauges while the pictures below show more modern gauges made from plastic, cardboard or flimsy metal. All of the gauges shown here are different designs or have different markings on them. Here are some coloured plastic wool holders. Many of them have the same beehive shape as these needle gauges. We are interested in contacting any other collectors of needle gauges so please let us know if you share this interest.
